BreAnna Garvey Obituary
BreAnna Garvey, 31, of Fostoria, and her unborn daughter, Brooklynne Hook, died Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born December 30, 1994, to Bradley and Stacey (Fortney) Garvey.
BreAnna is survived by her mother, Stacey (Jerry) Vess of Whitehouse; sons, Jeremy Garvey-Bleckinger and Titus Hook; brother, Bradley Garvey II of Sylvania; sisters, Kristin (Nick) Rospert of Attica, Autumn Vess of Lima, and Carley (Charlie) Kempf of Oak Harbor; maternal grandmother, LuAnn Fortney of Whitehouse; aunt, Nicole Schutt of Perrysburg; nieces and nephews, Avery, Nova, Dakota, and Montana; and several bonus brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bradley Garvey; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Linda Garvey; maternal grandfather, Vodden Fortney; and her great-grandparents.
Her funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore, where visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. prior to service. Burial will be at (Old) Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.
Memorial contribu-tions may be made to Smith-Crates Funeral Home, 515 N. Main Street, North Baltimore, OH 45872.
