Barbara Anglin-Majors Obituary
Barbara Jean Anglin-Majors, 87, of Findlay, passed away at Birchaven Village on Friday, February 6, 2026. She was born in Hamilton, Texas, March 26, 1938, to the late John Thomas "J.T." and Avis (Clements) Anglin. In 1961, she married Samuel Olin Majors, who preceded her in death in 1991.
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Brett Majors of Burleson, Texas; Patrick and his wife, Patricia Majors of Findlay; two grandchildren, Samuel Majors and Alexander Majors; and her sister, Nola Sue Pike of Springtown, Texas.
Barbara was employed at General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) in Ft. Worth, Texas, as a page layout specialist for fighter jet manuals for approximately 30 years.
In her retirement, she enjoyed worldwide travel, oil painting (well enough to have lots of art shows), and writing a book, " Memories of Blue Ridge and The Cowhouse Creek" (unpublished), about her childhood in Hamilton, Texas.
A service will take place in Hamilton, Texas, at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be directed to your local Hospice organization or Alzheimer's support organization.

Who didn't love Barbara! We were delighted to be come friends of hers when her younger son married our younger daughter! They have managed her care since her arrival in Findlay with the greatest of care and unconditional love. May all who knew Barbara remember a special time they spent with her.
