Audrey Ellen Bowlin

Audrey Ellen (Nafziger) Bowlin, 71, of Findlay, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, April 18, 2025, at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay. She was born August 31, 1953, in Pullman, Washington, to the late Vincent and Ruby (Stueckle) Nafziger. On August 25,1974, she married Robert Bowlin, and he survives in Findlay.

The depth of love Audrey had for the Lord, her family, and close friends is treasured by all who experienced it. Left to cherish her memory include son, Jeff (Jenny) Bowlin; daughter, Carissa (Devin) Smock with children, Edison, Ella, and son expected; daughter, Breanna Bowlin; son, Tim (Leah) Bowlin with daughter expected; son, Steve (Tawney) Bowlin with children, Emersyn and Callie; sister, Connie (Larry) Hopkins; and several other nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Audrey was a graduate of LaCrosse High School, class of 1972, then continued her education at Washington State University. She then worked as a florist but left to live her dream when she was blessed with five children to raise. She was loving, determined, resilient, creative, and encouraging. She gave all she was to the Lord, serving in many capacities for the church as the florist, small group leader with her husband, and in children's programs. She loved planning themed celebrations for her family including birthdays, family reunions, and showers. She also enjoyed decorating, crafts, cooking, cheering on the Cleveland Cavaliers, watching Dancing with the Stars, and listening to praise music and hymns. As a mom, grammy, and friend, her testimony left an imprint on so many.

Arrangements for Audrey Bowlin's family are in the care of COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Findlay. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2025, at the funeral home. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2025, at Coldren-Crates with Pastor Josh Hanson officiating.
