Anna Lee Dehnhoff

Our beloved Anna Lee (Christoff) Dehnhoff, 92, of Findlay, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, May 18, 2025.

She was born January 2, 1933, on McPherson St., Findlay, to the late Andrew T. and Bertha Marie (Christ) Christoff.

She married the love of her life, Norman L. Dehnhoff on June 25, 1950, at Arlington Methodist Church, Arlington.

She will be missed and loved by her surviving husband, Norman L. Dehnhoff, of 74 years; and her children, Diane (Michael) Lessig, Arlington, Linda (Dean) Stevenson, Leipsic, Daniel (Kimberly) Dehnhoff, Findlay, Tim Dehnhoff, Baltimore, Maryland, and Sarah (Matthew) Rutter, Arcadia; eight grandchildren, Douglas (Peggy) Lessig, Greg Lessig, Sean (Kimberly) Stevenson, Christy (Erik) Alfsen, Cheri (Adam) Garton, Emily Adkins, Andrew (Kristen) Dehnhoff, and Caleb (Haley) Rutter; eight great-grandchildren, Denali, Haakon, Anniston Alfsen, Everly Stevenson, Gemma, Kahlon, Rylee Garton and Myles Rutter; two stepgreat-grandchildren; eight stepgreat-great-grandchildren.

Anna was preceded in death by her siblings, Helen Campbell, Francis Butler, Paul Butler, Ruth Patterson, Christina Francisco, Velma Young, John Christoff, and Thomas Christoff.

Anna graduated from Arlington High School, class of 1950. She worked 10 years in the office at Blanchard Valley Hospital and later retired working 10 years at Arcadia Local School. She also assisted in farming and dairying with her husband, Norman.

Anna attended First Assembly of God Church in Findlay, where she was a faithful servant of the Lord. Anna's favorite verse is Psalm 37: 4-5.

Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Thursday, May 22, 2025, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, where a funeral service will begin at 12 p.m. Thursday with Pastor Dan Metzger officiating. Burial will follow at Knollcrest Cemetery, Arcadia.
