Allen McGillvary Obituary
Allen McGillvary, 91, of North Baltimore, died at 4:23 a.m. Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. He was born May 13, 1934, in Lima, to the late W. Carl and Beryl (Spangler) McGillvary. He married Nancy Detrick, and they were divorced. He then married Wilma Smith, and she preceded him in death. Allen later married Alice Fulkerson, February 27, 1998, and she preceded him in death September 11, 2019.
Allen is survived by his daughter, Karen (Conrad) Anderson of Davison, Michigan.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey McGillvary and a sister, Elaine Harris.
Graveside service will be private at Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.
Arrangements are being handled by SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore.
Memorial contribu-tions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

I had the pleasure of Al´s friendship! He was a very kind man! He was a very smart and knowledgeable man!! After my stroke and in-patient living at the NH, Al would visit me every Sunday! He did those visits faithfully for 2 1/2 years! I will miss our visits and chats!! He was a very faithful friend! Not saying goodbye...saying until we meet again! . Rest in peace dear friend!
