William Fitzpatrick Obituary
William Brenner (Bill) Fitzpatrick, 46, of Findlay, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022.
He was born on April 7, 1976 in Findlay to Thomas and Cynthia (Brenner) Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by a brother, Andrew Fitzpatrick, Provincetown, MA, sister, Kristan (Ken) Napier of Findlay, nephew, Sean Napier, Fort Campbell, KY and nieces, Cynthia Napier of Findlay and Evelyn Napier of Columbus.
Bill was preceded in death by grandparents Oscar "Red" and Olga Brenner and James and Thelma Fitzpatrick, aunt and uncles, Jay and Dianne Fitzpatrick, Scott Elston, and Charles Fitzpatrick. Bill is survived by many aunts , uncles, and cousins. He always brought the laughs and fun to the family "galas".
Bill was a 1994 graduate of Findlay High School, where he was captain of the swim team, sang in the school choir and participated in school musicals. He was a 1999 graduate of The Ohio State University. He was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Bill was a diehard OSU football fan and a member of the First Lutheran Church, and the Findlay Elks Lodge #75 .
After graduation Bill spent a lot of time following his passion for live music. His favorite band was Phish and he loved spending time with his "Phish Phamily". Bill never met a stranger and has friends coast to coast. When Bill was not on the road he was working as an independent contractor perfecting his trade. If you asked Bill what he valued most in his life he would say his family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 28 from 2:00 - 8:00 pm at COLDREN-CRATES Funeral home. The funeral service will be at the First Lutheran Church, on Wednesday, June 29 at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior to the service, with Rev. Bob Cochran officiating. Burial will follow at Knollcrest Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to the Findlay Elks Scholarship Fund.
