Timothy J. Ewing

Timothy "Tim" Ewing, 55, of Findlay, passed away at 6:59 p.m. Sunday, May 12, 2024, at Blanchard Valley Hospital.

He was born June 26, 1968, in Findlay, to Michael and Linda (Hilty) Ewing.

Tim is survived by his daughter, Megan L. (Elizabeth) Ewing of Findlay; and significant other, Lisa.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Michelle Ewing.

Tim was employed as an Environmental Health and Safety Inspector. He also was a volunteer firefighter for Allen Township for 23 years and worked as a Special Deputy for Hancock County Sheriff's Office.

Tim was a very patriotic person, serving his country in both U.S. Army and U.S. Marines in Afghanistan. As a hobby, Tim enjoyed target shooting.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 17, 2024, until the time of Tim's celebration of life at 1 p.m. at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay. The Rev. Mark Anderson will officiate. Burial will be at Bechtel Cemetery, Van Buren, with military rites conducted by Hancock County Veterans Memorial Squad.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Tim's name to Hancock County Veterans Memorial Squad in care of the Ralph D. Cole Post 3, American Legion, 123 West Front Street, Findlay, Ohio, 45840.
