Thomas Tussing Obituary
Thomas Lynn "Tom" Tussing, 77, of Jenera, passed peacefully Sunday, June 18, 2023.
Tom was born May 24, 1946, in Deshler, to Charles and Kathryn (Newman) Tussing.
Tom proudly served as a corpsman in U.S. Navy from 1964-1968. He spent over 20 years at Whirlpool and over 12 years at The University of Findlay James L. Child Jr. Equestrian Complex. He enjoyed attending his grandchildren's sporting events, spending time with family and friends, hunting, and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Tom is survived by his wife of 53 years, Rosanne; their three sons, Adam (Kelly) Tussing of Van Wert, Jason (Heather) Tussing of McComb, and Aaron (Kelly) Tussing of Leipsic; eight grandchildren, Payton Tussing, Justice (Dominique) Tussing, Jacob (Megan) Tussing, Jenna Tussing, Jadon Tussing, Olivia Tussing, Everett Tussing, and Evelyn Tussing; three great-grandchildren, Sophia, Chloe, and Harper; and three brothers, Daniel (Cathy) Tussing, James (Mary) Tussing, and Kenneth (Doris) Tussing.
Tom's celebration of life gathering will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday, June 25, 2023, at Deshler American Legion Post #316. His family invites everyone to casually dress and encourages Ohio State or camouflage attire.
Memorials are suggested to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in honor of Evelyn's Entourage.
