Thomas Ensminger Obituary
Thomas Edward Ensminger, 74, of Findlay, passed away at Blanchard Valley Hospital Thursday, April 24, 2025. He was born in Findlay March 11, 1951, the son of the late George and Constance (Bockstette) Ensminger. On April 4, 1980, he married Susan Marie Nye who survives in Findlay.
Survivors also include his daughters, Bridget (Fred) Wagner of Oak Harbor and Amber (Mike) Evans of Sycamore; six grandchildren; and a sister, Tammy (Doug) Wood of Findlay.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Thomas was employed at Budd Company in North Baltimore in the maintenance dept., retiring in 2016. Thomas enjoyed fishing, camping, boating, shooting sporting clays at U.C.O.A. (United Conservation and Outdoor Association of Hancock County), tending his garden, and going to thrift stores. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Visitation for Thomas will be from 11-2 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with Pastor Dan Metzger officiating. Entombment will follow at Knollcrest Gardens, east of Findlay. Thomas's family request that you come in casual dress.
Memorial contribu-tions are suggested to the family.

Tom was MIntance for my area in the plant that I supervised. He was the one MIntance employee I could count on to get the equipment back up and running. Also he was one of the most polite people I had working for me and besides that he was my friend.
Please accept my condolences and may your memories of Tom always be bright.
