Thomas Baier Obituary
Thomas Craig "Tucker" "Tom" Baier, 74, of rural Jenera, passed away Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, at Sunrise Assisted Living in Findlay.
He was born July 22, 1949, in Bluffton, to Larry and Geraldine (Henry) Baier. He first married Ann (Searfoss) Stoodt and they later divorced. He married Betsy Clyde on Feb. 13, 1982, and she survives.
Tom is also survived by two daughters, Jennifer (Aaron) Anderson of Bluffton and Kathryn (Nathan) McGrain of Findlay; son, Kristopher (Jennifer Groves) Baier of Colorado; two sisters, Sharon Rohdes and Deb (Jack) Metzger; stepbrother, Daran Bahr; five grandchildren, Hannah, Levi, Dane, Juliana, and Greyson; and best friend, Bradley (Kathy) Gibby of Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Carolyn Bahr Baier; and stepsister, Karen Denise Bahr.
Tom was a 1967 graduate of Cory-Rawson High School and served in U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He loved the outdoors and hunting. He worked as a commercial printer for Millstream and also as a Farrier.
Tom's celebration of life will be at a later date.

Tom was as good as they come. Our boys went to school together. So sorry to the family for their loss. Will always remember good laughs we had. We didn´t see each other after kids graduated but good friends don´t have to physically see each other to know how their friendship is. Just keep laughing, my friend.
