Susan Davis

Susan E. Davis, 73, of Findlay, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loved ones, Saturday, November 29, 2025. She was born June 10, 1952, to the late Ross Conine and Annabelle Conine. On August 3, 1974, she married the love of her life, Edward J. Davis, who preceded her in death November 5, 2025.

Susan is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who were the joy of her life. Surviving are her son, Shannon Edward Davis; daughter, Amber Susan Davis of Findlay; grandchildren, Austin Caleb Davis, Brianna Danielle Decker, Lillian Sweetwater Davis, Clayton Lee Albert, and Brayleigh Angel Noward; three great-grandchildren from Brianna, Amari Ritter, Daxton Williams, and Mathias Davis.

She was also preceded in death by her half sisters, Barbara and Marylin and her half brother, Bob Conine.

Susan was passionate about her faith in God, her family, and always doing what was right-even when it was hard. She found joy in gardening, reading her Bible, and spending time outside in the sunshine.

She treasured her husband of 51 years, her children, her grandchildren, and her most precious fur baby, Mr. B, who held a special place in her heart. Susan was a remarkable wife, mother, and grandmother. She was like a second mother to her grandchildren, Clayton and Bryleigh, always there to guide them and teach them about the Lord.

A firm believer that everything happens for a reason, Susan never lost her faith. She will be missed dearly by all who were blessed to know and love her.

For 40 years, Susan worked in various areas of Blanchard Valley Health System, where she made many dear friends. She received multiple awards for customer service excellence at BVHS, a testament to her kindness, dedication, and care for others.

Her legacy of love, faith, and unwavering strength will remain forever in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.

Funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2025, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, where visitation will be from noon- 1 p.m. prior to service. Burial will be private.
