Shirley Hutchison Obituary
Shirley J. Hutchison, 87, of North Baltimore, died at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Mercy Health - St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo.
She was born Dec. 18, 1936, in Henry Township, to Otto and Mary (Chapman) Zeltner.
Shirley is survived by her daughters, Patricia (Bob) Hurst of North Baltimore, Julie Gould of Bowling Green, and Lu Ann (Fred) Welch of North Baltimore; grandchildren, Ryan Brumbaugh, Bill Brumbaugh, Christina Ross, Brandy Miles, and Eric Gould; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and dog, Shorty.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Edward Hutchison; siblings, Maxine Rehus, Dorothea Steiff, Bill Zeltner, Kenny Zeltner, Charles Zeltner, Merlin Zeltner and Don Zeltner; and grandchildren, Randy Miles, Christopher Hutchison, and Reva Brumbaugh.
Shirley retired from Equity Meats in North Baltimore. She was a member of North Baltimore American Legion Post 539, Fraternal Order of Eagles #2633, and Moose Lodge #698.
Shirley's funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore. Pastor Bill Cook will officiate. Burial will be at New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2024, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to charity of the donor's choice.
