Samuel Littlepage Obituary
Samuel C. Littlepage, 85, of Findlay, passed away at his residence Monday, January 12, 2025. He was born in Ft. Worth, Texas, December 2, 1940, to Samuel C. and Easter O. (Leatherwood) Littlepage. On April 6, 1968, he married Nancy Allen, who survives in Findlay.
Survivors also include his daughter, Erika Carol (Jeffrey) Oates; his granddaughter, Casey Erin Oates; a sister, Susan Carol Littlepage; and a sister-in-law, Megan Nichols.
Preceding him in death were his parents; a daughter, Kimberly Ann Littlepage; and a brother, Dr. Gary Littlepage.
Samuel received his undergraduate degree from the Citadel and his graduate degree from Ball State. He was a professor of Physics at the University of Findlay from 1972-2002. His hobbies included research, writing, and teaching theology, guitar making, furniture making, book making, and poetry. He enjoyed visual arts and the history of World War II. Samuel was also a member of the Gospel Fellowship Church and the Guild of American Luthiers.
A memorial gathering will be from 1-7 p.m. Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay.
Memorial contribu-tions may be directed to City Mission or CHOPIN Hall.

Nancy, What can anyone say at a time like this? We know he's with his Lord and Savior and we can rejoice about that. But we are so sorry that he won't be around to be with now.
