Ruthann Walters Obituary
Ruthann Walters, 81, of rural Arcadia, died at 9:56 a.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Independence House in Fostoria. She was born Thursday, October 2, 1944, in Fostoria, to the late Robert and Martha (Reinhard) Phillips.
Visitation will be from 1-5 p.m. Sunday, November 2, 2025, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Findlay. An additional visitation will be an hour prior to funeral at 10 am. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, November 3, 2025, with Pastor Erma Metzger officiating. Burial will follow at Knollcrest Cemetery.

I was my oldest sister´s admirer and her best six friend; Ruthann was in this group. My sister Diana would talked about her fun with this group during her HS years. Later after returning to the Findlay area my husband, Ken, and I became friends with Clair in our church choir. We send the family our condolences.
