Rose Mary Stultz

Rose Mary Stultz, 88, of Fostoria, passed away Monday, June 12, 2023, at Good Shepherd Home, Fostoria.

She was born July 6, 1934, in Findlay, to Wallace and Mabel (Waltermeier) Yates, who preceded her in death. She married Don Stultz on June 23, 1957, and he also preceded her in death Dec. 7, 2012.

Rose is survived by her children, David (Amy) Stultz of Fostoria and Kathryn (Randy Butler) Echelberry of Bettsville; brother, Paul (Pati) Yates of Forest; grandchildren, Alexandra and Dylan Stultz of Fostoria, Abigail (Zack) Stanhauer of Germany, Kyle (Marina) of Fostoria, Colin (Jhada) of Westerville, and Jena Echelberry of Lewis Center; great-grandchildren, Audra, Kwinton, Mara, and Marsali; and many nieces and nephews.

Rose worked as a secretary at Ohio Oil (now Marathon), Dr. Thira, and Easco Aluminum. She was a 1952 graduate of Findlay High School and member of Hope Lutheran Church. She loved playing cards and poker with her friends, baking pies, traveling, and watching her grandkids play sports. She was an avid Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, and Ohio State fan.

Rose's funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria, with Pastor Mark Self officiating Burial will be at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Fostoria. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2023, and 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

The family asks for those attending services to wear Indians, Browns, or Ohio State attire.
