Rose Ellen Dieter

Rose Ellen Dieter, 73, of Findlay, passed in the comfort of her own home Tuesday, July 26, 2022. She was born June 5, 1949, in Bluffton, to Elmer and Dorothy (Bibler) Kimmel.

Rose graduated from Riverdale High School, class of 1967. She would later marry Craig Dieter on Sept. 12, 1981, and together, they had two children. She helped support her family by working at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company for over 30 years. She was a member of Board of Elections for 15 years and attended College First Church of God.

Rose had many hobbies such as crocheting and quilting. She loved to play cards with her friends, who loved to play cards with her because she never bluffed or cheated. If she wasn't with her friends, she was with her family, enjoying every moment with her grandchildren.

Rose is survived by her beloved husband, Craig; son, Chad Dieter of Findlay; daughter, Kimberly (David) Kraftchak of London, Kentucky; and grandchildren, Makayla, Makenzie, Makara, and Tre.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Robert Kimmel and Roy Kimmel.

Family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022, at College First Church of God with a memorial service beginning at 11 a.m. officiated by Pastor David Welker. Online condolences may be shared at www.coldrencrates.com.
