Oh "uncle" Ron, you are going to be so missed by your Georgia family. You have no idea how much you meant to our family. It breaks my heart we can't be there to tell you goodbye, if daddy wasn't sick you know we would be. We haven't even been able to tell daddy yet, we are afraid it might be too much for him to handle. You were one of his best friends & a big part of our family, not by blood but by more! We will always remember our shopping trips to bass pro, 4th of July fireworks, all the holidays & fun times in between. You & daddy "raising" doodlebug, the laughs, the smiles & those big bear hugs are going to be missed so much! We are so happy you chose us as your Georgia family. We love & miss you so much, there will never be another one like you. Thank you for everything over the years! Love, Des, Pat, Drina & Destiny

My sweetest memory of my brother....when our father died and he dropped everything to make the drive to Lima to hold the hands of his stepmother and sister, walking us through funeral home decisions and cemetery plot selections and holding us up in the days and weeks after Dad died. His heart for us still amazes me.
Despite the thousand miles, seasons of life and years that separated us, when we reunited we picked up right where we left off. His love never wavered. I will forever be grateful God chose me to be his sister.

Ron was the glue that made hunting camp such a pleasure, remembering once he had put on his Saturday night makeup on for an evening hunt , all camoed up, 15 minutes later ... 2 deer down, miss you Buddy , Rest in Peace.

It was truly a pleasure and a honor to have been friends with Ron. He certainly left a one-of-a-kind mark on us. He was a great man. Tony will always remember the special memories they shared together. The joy he brought to us will never be forgotten. We are holding Beverly and the entire family in our hearts and lifting you in prayer.
