Robert Trausch

Robert H. Trausch, 78, of Upper Sandusky, died Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. He was born September 26, 1946, in Carey, to the late Gilbert and Martha (Coakley) Trausch. On December 31, 1985, he married Linda Carey. Surviving are his children, Benjamin (Shannon) Trausch, Galena and Lisa (Joe) Snyder, Howard, Jennifer (Michael) Parsell, Bucyrus; grandchildren, Hunter, Emma, Maggie, Samantha, andJackson; and a brother, Gilbert Trausch, Wharton.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving for four years as an intelligence operator specialist and deployed to Vietnam.

Mr. Trausch was retired and had worked at Silverline Window Glass, Marion and Worthington Plastics, Upper Sandusky and was a former state highway patrolman.

He was a member of the former AMVETS No. 777.

Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing at Lake Erie and other small bodies of water, gardening, and woodworking, especially making Christmas gifts; he was very meticulous and wanted everything perfect.

Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. September 27, 2025, at Wharton Richland Union Cemetery, Wharton, with military honors to be conducted by Upper Sandusky Veterans Color Guard.

Memorial contribu-tions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home, 226 E. Wyandot Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
