Robert Dockery Obituary
Robert Allen Dockery, 76, of Findlay, passed away Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 2, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, to Lawrence and Lola (Koerting) Dockery.
Robert married the love of his life, Brigitte I. Suhay, on July 8, 1972, and they spent 41 years together until her passing in 2014.
Robert loved his hometown Chicago and closely followed the Cubs and Da Bears. He was known for his humor and had many dear friends that he stayed in touch with for decades. Robert enjoyed classic movies and music, especially Jazz. Most of all, he loved his family.
He is survived by his children, Susanne (Ron) Cameron, Michael Dockery (Wen-chi Yang), and Emily Dockery (Curtis Haire); sister, Donna Dockery; and sister-in-law, Elizabeth Galvan.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and brother, Larry Dockery.
Robert's memorial service will be private Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024.

So very sorry to see this Emily, your Dad was a good person. He loved you and your mom with admiration and true love..
I keep going back to the scenes in the lower boiler room of St Andrews back in the 60´s seeing your mom and her sister creating the masterpiece that is brought out during the season of Christ birth.
