Richard Douglas White

Richard Douglas White, 51 of Ada passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on September 19, 1970 and was raised in Green Sea, SC and graduated from Green Sea Floyd High School. His parents were Donald L. (Cherie) White and Doris White. Richard moved to Ohio and married Kristen Stuard on June 17, 2006 and she survives along with his five children; Richlyn White of South Carolina, Shaqueal (Mcale) White, Xander White, Destayne (Arzel) White and Malachi White all of Ohio. Mr. White is also survived by two brothers; Thomas (Kat) White, Ruben "Phat" (Elizabeth) White, mother-in-law Kolleen Stuard, step-siblings, Amber Myers, Corey Myers and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins. Richard was also expecting three grandchildren soon. He was preceded in death by brothers; Andy, Charlie and Ronald White, sister, Roberta White, father-in-law, Steven Stuard and two nephews. Richard had several jobs over the years, but his favorite was a lunch monitor at Lincoln Elementary School in Findlay for several years. He will be remembered by his family as a wonderful and loving father and husband who was always a great supporter of anything they wanted to do. Richard was positive, uplifting and never met a stranger. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022 from 4:00 â€" 7:00 PM at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. A funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Houcktown Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Richard to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
