Randy Richard Raymond

Randy Richard Raymond, 67, of Findlay, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 4, 2023, in the comfort of his home with his precious wife at his side. Randy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, business owner, and friend.

Randy was born Aug. 6, 1955, in Upper Sandusky, to the late Melvin Richard and Peggy Ann (Stansbery) Raymond. He married Teresa Jean Rowland on Aug. 31, 1974, in Upper Sandusky, and she survives in Findlay.

Randy is also survived by his children, Amber (Bill) Reed of Findlay, April (Josh) Harmon of Greenville, South Carolina, Andrew (Lindsay) Raymond of Traverse City, Michigan, and Alex (Hayley) Raymond of Greenville, South Carolina; grandchildren, Robbie, Jon, and Arya Reed, Ellie and Ranger Harmon, Reese and Ryan Raymond, and Magnolia, Willow, and Holly Raymond; and sister, Penny (Michael) Lewis of Upper Sandusky.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents; and granddaughter, Payton Grace Raymond.

Randy worked for Tower Automotive from 1979-1993. In 1992, Randy and Teresa purchased Marbee Printing and Graphic Art, Findlay, which is still operating today. He was also involved in numerous community organizations, including Flag City Balloon Fest where he served as a committee member, Northwest Ohio Miata Club, and Findlay Business Network International group. Randy was a proud supporter of Findlay Youth Baseball, serving in several roles. He was an avid fan of Ohio State Buckeyes' basketball and football programs, The University of Findlay Oilers' basketball program, and Cleveland Browns, Guardians, and Cavaliers. Randy was a generous, hardworking, and compassionate individual. Throughout Randy's life, he always put others first. He was willing to help with any project, had a heart of gold, and became friends with anyone he met.

Randy was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church, Findlay, for over 40 years. His faith in Christ was unwavering. Even when facing his difficult diagnoses, Randy maintained a confident hope that he would be face to face with his Savior.

Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Hanneman Funeral Home, 201 Osborn Ave., Findlay, Ohio, 45840. Randy's celebration of life service will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2023, at Calvary Baptist Church, 2000 Broad Ave., Findlay, Ohio, 45840. Interment will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Upper Sandusky.

Memorial contributions may be made in Randy's honor to Calvary Baptist Church Missionary Fund, 2000 Broad Ave., Findlay, Ohio, 45840, Findlay Area Youth for Christ, 1011 US-224, Findlay, Ohio, 45840, or Cancer Patient Services, 1800 N. Blanchard St., Suite 120, Findlay, Ohio, 45840.

A good man , loyal, upright and a God liver and fearer. A loss for all of us who depend on a society that depends on men like him- throughly principled and of moral integrity - so sad, way too soon .
