Patricia Ann Seibert

Patricia Ann Seibert, 88, of Winter Springs, Florida, and formerly of North Baltimore, passed away Monday, February 16, 2026. She was born in Wood County, February 22, 1937, to Bernard and Ethel (Campbell) Chamberlain. She married Philip "Sonny" Seibert, who was waiting for her in Heaven since January 29, 2024.

Together, they had seven children, daughters, LuAnn Fortney and Cynthia (Mark) Martell; sons, Philip "Jack" Seibert, Jeffrey (Maria) Seibert, Timothy Seibert and Robert Seibert; 17 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren; many sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.

Welcoming her home were her husband; her parents; son, Kenneth Seibert; and daughters-in-law, Shelia Seibert and Janet Seibert.

Rest in peace, mom. We will miss our weekly phone calls.

Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2026, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore.

Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore. Burial will be in Old Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.

Memorial contribu-tions may be made to Smith-Crates Funeral Home, 515 N. Main Street, North Baltimore, OH 45872.
