Patricia K. Crane

Patricia K. Crane, 92, of Findlay, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Blanchard Valley Hospital. She was born in Corning, New York, January 9, 1933, to Harold and Mildred (Scott) Kellogg. Patricia married John Joint, and they divorced. She then married Lawrence Crane, and he preceded her in death.

Surviving is her son, Jerry (Gary Robbins) Joint of Port St. Lucie, Florida; daughters, Sally (Patrick) Brzozka of Findlay and Susan (Pat Cameola) Joint of Rochester, New York, and her granddaughter, Samantha Brzozka. Patrica was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Alice Petrillo and brothers, Phillip and Martin Kellogg.

She obtained her bachelor's degree from Geneseo State College and then her master's degree from Elmira College. Patricia worked as a librarian and teacher at Savona Central School before working for Corning Public Library System, where she retired after many years of service. While living in New York, she was active in Curtis Baptist Bible Church and volunteered for many years at The Arc Allegany-Steuben.

Following her move to Findlay, she became a member of Bible Methodist Church, where she was also very active in the church's activities. Patricia enjoyed reading, gardening, music and spending time at the lake.

Memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Bible Methodist Church, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Private burial will take place later in Addison Rural Cemetery in Addison, New York.
