Nancy Nims Obituary
Nancy Nims, 81, of Findlay, died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022.
She was born Oct. 28, 1940, in Bluffton, Indiana, to Arthur and Marjorie (Templin) Neuenschwander. She married Mason Nims on Sept. 25, 1964.
Nancy was a member of Millstream Rhythm Band at 50 North Senior Center, and First United Brethren Church in Findlay. She liked crocheting, plastic canvas weaving, reading, and listening to southern gospel music, especially Elvis, the Gaithers and Guy Penrod.
Nancy is survived by her children, Gary Nims of North Baltimore and Susan Nims of Findlay; sister, Ann Webb of Missouri; nieces, Cyndie (Parker) Thomas, Lisa Klepper, Wendy (Scott) Ewing, and Charis (Jim) Elliot; and nephew, David (Cheryl) Nims. She also loved her grandpups, Shadow, Shokra, Destiny, and Comet.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Gregory Nims.
Friends and family may visit 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, 2022, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500). Nancy's funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Knollcrest Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Nancy's name may be made to Teddy's Rescue, Inc., 12409 CR 99, Findlay, Ohio, 45840.
