Michael Kuhlman Obituary
Michael Eugene "Mike" Kuhlman, 73, of Arlington, passed away peacefully surrounded by family Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024.
He was born July 15, 1951, in Leipsic, to Eugene "Gene" and Bonnie (Schwab) Kuhlman. Mike graduated from Holgate High School in 1969, served in U.S. Air Force, and retired from Columbia Gas of Ohio in 2009.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (Gatchell) Kuhlman; two children, Sara (Jesse) Augustine and Ryan (Meghan) Kuhlman; five grandchildren, Maddison, Jacob, Lindlee, Jackson, and Landon; and siblings, Christine (Joe) Ricica, John (Annette) Kuhlman, Greg (Josie) Kuhlman, Tom (Kelley) Kuhlman, James (Tami) Kuhlman, and Tony (Beth) Kuhlman.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Karen Nippert; and an infant brother.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024, until the time of Mike's funeral at 4 p.m. at Rawson New Hope Church, 208 N. Main St., Rawson. Pastor Gregg Fox will officiate. Burial to follow at a later date.
The family requests memorials to be given to Cancer Patient Services or The City Mission.
The family also wishes to extend their sincere thanks to all of the staff and nurses in the CCU at Blanchard Valley Hospital for the wonderful and loving care he received.

Linda, I´m so sorry to see that Mike has passed.
Before Mike retired we had lengthy talks with each other. He was such a good listener and had good advice... People need to know that he made a difference. He was a good man. And he will be missed. My prayers go out to you, Linda and your family......
