Michael graduated from Findlay High School in 1974. Shortly after graduation, he proudly joined the Army, serving from 1974-1979 as a watercraft operator, achieving the rank of SP4. After his military service, Michael returned to what had always been a part of him, working with his hands and fixing what others couldn't. A gifted mechanic from the age of 12, he turned his passion into a lifelong career. He worked tirelessly and skillfully wrenching in his prized garage, a place that became a second home to many. Michael embraced life with simplicity and joy. He loved cruising and golfing while listening to Jimmy Buffett. But most of all, he cherished moments with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were his pride and joy, always with his beloved, good boy, Gordo Einstein, close by. To say Michael made an impact would be an understatement. He was the soul of his family and the glue that held everything together. Michael leaves behind not just memories but a living example of what it means to be truly good. He will be missed deeply, remembered endlessly, and loved forever.
