Michael Bishop Obituary

Michael Lynn "Beatles" Bishop

Michael Lynn "Beatles" Bishop, 82, of Findlay, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at The Manor at Greendale with his family by his side. He was born in Findlay March 23, 1942, the son of the late John and Rhea (Bowers) Bishop. On April 27, 1968, he married Cheryl Clevenger, and they celebrated 57 years of marriage.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Bishop of Findlay; two daughters, Erika (Melissa Jordanek) McGuire and Heather (A.J. Huffman) Bishop, both of Findlay; grandchildren, Drew (Alexis) McGuire and Brody Gutierrez; great- grandchildren, Owen and Noah McGuire; and his dog, Sammi. His brother, Rex (Audrey) Bishop of Virginia; and sisters, Diane Clark, and Karen Forcht, both of McComb.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Michael was a 1961 Arlington High School graduate, a former insurance agent, loved bowling, NASCAR racing, was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan, and retired from Blanchard Valley Hospital as a patient transporter.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, May 8, 2025, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. The family would like to invite you to wear your favorite NASCAR team or Ohio State Buckeye shirts during Michael's visitation.

Memorial contribu-tions may be directed towards Hancock County Humane Society.
