Mary Hamilton Obituary
Mary Ellen Hamilton, 93, of Findlay, passed away at 2:12 a.m. Friday, May 17, 2024, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.
She was born Feb. 21, 1931, in Leipsic, to Clarence and Althea (Fairchild) Hector. Mary Ellen married Howard R. Hamilton on Aug. 26, 1950, and he preceded her in death Nov. 15, 2019.
Mary Ellen is survived by their three daughters, Diane (Mark) Fuess of Bedford, Texas, Cheryl (Bob) May of Rawson, and Pam (Mike) Conley of Mount Blanchard; four granddaughters, Nikki Davis, Megan James, Amber Launder, and Heather Beutler; and 10 great-grandchildren, Ryder, Zoe, and Lyla Davis, Luke and Lacey James, Isaac and Emmett Launder, Greyson and Hadley Herzog, and Myra Frey.
She spent her lifetime helping her husband farm, raise her children, and invest her time growing her family. Mary Ellen loved watching birds, taking her granddaughters on wildlife excursions looking for eagles, and attending their many sporting events.
Visitation will be 12 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2024, until the time of Mary Ellen's funeral at 2 p.m. at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Ave., Findlay, Ohio, 45840. The Rev. Ruth Browne will officiate. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Memorials may be shared in Mary Ellen's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105-9959.

Dear Pam
So very sorry to learn of your mother´s passing. I was her nurse at Primrose and enjoyed her company very much. I was also there and took care of your dad. What a very dear man. They will both be in my memories for a long time. They were both my favorite residents.
