Mary Capelle Obituary
Mary Capelle, 74, of North Baltimore, died at 5:33 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green. She was born May 15, 1951, in Bowling Green, to the late Harry and Elizabeth (Presley) Smith. She married Richard Capelle January 30, 1970, and he survives.
Mary is also survived by her son, Travis (Sheena) Capelle of Kenton; brothers, Russell, Harry and Mark Smith; sisters, Laura Basil, Shirley "Ann" Love, Bonnie Pierce, and Sue Hankins; and grandchildren, Mallorie and Trever.
Mary had worked at Briar Hill Health Campus as a dietary manager. She was a member of Village View Church in Bowling Green.
Celebration of life will be from 12-3 p.m. Saturday, August 2, 2025, at North Baltimore Public Library.
Arrangements are being handled by SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore.
Memorial contribu-tions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
