I saw Mark weekly when I brought Holy Communion from St. Joseph's, Maumee.
He was always smiling and very reverent. I always looked forward to spending a few minutes with him each week.
I will not forget his smile and his joy. He will surely be missed.
Mark will be remembered in Mass in the Chapel of Visitation Monastery, 1745 Parkside Blvd., Toledo on November 22 at 7AM.
All are welcome to attend.

Mark was always in a happy mood, he often would cheer me up just by the things he would say, I’ll miss you my dear friend. May you rest in peace. Prayers to your family and friends.

Mark was a couple of years older than me when we played sports at Liberty-Benton High School. I remember him as a really good running back in football who helped propel our team to winning ways in the early 1970's. He exploits as a sprinter in track and field helped our team win a conference championship in 1973, the first championship for the school in any sport in 25 years. Mark was a great teammate.
My condolences to his family.
