Mark Steven Dixon

Mark Steven Dixon, 68, a former resident of Findlay, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at his home in Rockwood, Tennessee.

Mark was born Oct. 27, 1955, to William and Phyllis Dixon. Mark married Cheryl Heldman, who passed in 2018.

Mark is survived by his daughter, Shannon (Nick) Nagle; grandchildren, Scarlet and Evelyn; sister, Penny (John) Benroth; and nieces, Sherry Middaugh, Dawn (Kenny) Gault, Dee (Bob) Cortez, and Amy (Wes) Scherf.

Mark was also preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nancy Hernandez; niece, Lisa Norris; and great-niece, Brandy Goodman.

Mark was an U.S. Army veteran. Mark worked as a driver for Red Barn Auction Co. in Findlay.

Cremation arrangements have been made at Evans Cremations in Rockwood, Tennessee, with no public services taking place. Mark's memorial service will be at a later date.

Donations can be made to Wyandot County Humane Society.

Penny and family, I am so sorry to hear of Mark's passing. Prayers for peace for all of Mark's family and friends at this difficult time. I remember when a lot of us used to gather at Grandma Cooper's house for beans and cornbread. Good memories! Love, Jo
