Mario Ramirez Obituary
Mario Ramirez, 74, of Findlay, died at 11:45 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024, at Fox Run Nursing Home.
He was born March 17, 1949, in Robstown, Texas, to Apolinar Ramirez and Aurora (Sierra) Gutierrez.
Mario is survived by his son, "Ray" Israel (Christy) Ramirez of Findlay; two daughters, Tina (Kevin) Manns of Findlay and Blanca Ramirez of Carey; six grandchildren; three brothers, Paul Ramirez, Joe Gutierrez Jr,. and Roberto Gutierrez; and three sisters, Diane Eyerly, Pearl Niese, and Rosalinda Hernandez, all of Findlay.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Frankie Ramirez; and brother, Rodolfo Ramirez.
He worked as a diesel mechanic and auto body painter and welder. Mario was a former member of St. Michael Catholic Church, former member of the Moose, and social member of V.F.W. He enjoyed fixing and painting cars.
Visitation for family and friends will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024, until the time of Mario's funeral at 12 p.m. at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay. The Rev. Tim Murphy will officiate. Burial will take place at St. Michael Cemetery at a later date.
Memorials may be shared in Mario's name to Cancer Patient Services, 1800 N. Blanchard St. # 120, Findlay, Ohio, 45840.
