Lori Romer Harrell

Lori Romer Harrell, 60, of Dublin, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, March 21, 2024.

Lori was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She grew up in Findlay where she graduated from St. Michael's and Findlay High School. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Bowling Green State University. Lori started her career as an Intake Caseworker at Sandusky County Department of Human Services in Fremont. While there, she met her husband, Phillip Harrell, and they were married March 31, 1989. They moved to central Ohio in 1990 and began working for Ohio Department of Human Services.

She is survived by her husband, Phillip Harrell; children, Ellen (Shawn) Mestelske and Emily Harrell; parents, Roger and Emajean Romer; sisters, Lisa (Logan) Welch, Ann Romer, and Meg (Scott) Butler; brother, Thom (Christina) Romer; and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian burial will be 12 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2024, at St. Brigid of Kildare in Dublin, Ohio. The family will be in the chapel beginning at 10 a.m. for those wishing to pay their respects.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Dublin Food Pantry, 6608 Dublin Center Drive, Dublin, Ohio, 43017.
