Lola Wilson Obituary

Lola F. Wilson

Lola F. Wilson, 91 of Weston, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, December 31, 2025. She was born September 7, 1934, in Athens, to Orland and Mildred (Rife) Graham.

Lola worked as a housekeeper at Winthrop Terrace apartments, in the kitchen of the former Holiday Inn in Bowling Green, and as a porter at Petro Stopping Center in North Baltimore.

She attended Word of Truth Christian Church in Bowling Green. She loved the Lord and loved going to church. She loved country music and used to travel to Kentucky and Tennessee to enjoy it. She also loved camping.

Lola is survived by her daughter, Donna Coleman of Weston; brother, Junior Hatcher of Bowling Green; 12 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 27 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Lola was preceded in death by two husbands, Charles Spence and Richard Wilson; a daughter, Sue A. (David) Krassow; a son, James Spence; brothers, Marv, Bill, Mick, Jim, and Frank; and a sister, Mildred Garber.

Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 15, 2026, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore, with Pastor Jerry Hunt officiating. Burial will be at Weston Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore.

Memorial contribu-tions may be made to Word of Truth Christian Church in Bowling Green.
