Linda Smith Obituary

Linda K. Smith

Linda K. Smith, 69, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, after a short illness.

She was born March 3, 1955, to Earl R. and Betty L. (Slawson) Smith, and lived her life in Findlay. In her early years, she was an avid gardener and worked for years at Lincoln Street Garden Center and later as a painter. She was a 1973 graduate of Findlay High School.

Linda is survived by her sister, Becky (Bill) Johns of Port Clinton; and brothers, Russ Smith of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Les (Mary) Smith of Mandeville, Louisiana.

She is interred at Memory Gardens Cemetery. A celebration of life will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Arcadia.

Linda was a great friend, even though we drifted apart over the years, I still think of her often, and the good ole days when we'd have a campfire back up the lane. Rest easy Linda. Love ya, Sparky
