Lila Rose Roszman

Lila Rose Roszman, 90, met her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Marion General Hospital.

Lila was born May 3, 1934, in Findlay, to Herbert A. and Rose M. (Miller) Huysman. Lila married Roy A. Roszman on April 21, 1973, and he preceded her in death Sept. 7, 1979.

Lila is survived by her beloved son, Matthew H. Roszman of Upper Sandusky.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister, Paula F.

Lila attended graduated from Arcadia High School in 1952 and attended college in Findlay. Lila worked in home health as an aide in Findlay, Upper Sandusky, and Marion. Lila also worked as a church secretary at Findlay College Church and several other churches over the years.

Lila spent her life loving her family and her Lord and she was happy where she was employed. Constantly busy, Lila sought the best of life and in her later years, she enjoyed her many cats and collecting antiques. Lila also enjoyed writing poems for The Courier for many years.

A private graveside service took place at Harman Cemetery, Gilboa.

Memorial contributions may be made to City Mission of Findlay and can be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky, Ohio, 43351.
