Larry Corbin Obituary
Larry Patrick Corbin, 72, went to be with the Lord Thursday, July 3, 2025. He is the son of the late Glenn and Peggy Corbin of Arlington. Surviving is his sister, Cheri (Mike) Beucler of Virginia. He grew up in Arlington and graduated from Arlington High School in 1970. He then graduated from Tiffin University in 1972. Married his high school sweetheart, Peggy Dysinger, July 22, 1972, and she survives. They had two daughters, Kristie (Paul) Fox of Arlington and Sandy (Matt) Steiner of Pandora; six grandchildren, Brett Fox, Bridget (Matt) Shepherd, Courtney (Samuel) Weihrauch, Drew Fox, Ethan (Susannah) Steiner and Blake Steiner; three great-grandchildren, Kenzie, Annabelle and newborn Curtis.
Larry worked at Arlington IGA, cutting meat, then at Sur Sav in Findlay. He retired from Eckrich Meats after 37 years as a driver/salesman. His dream retirement job was at Buffalo Trading Co., where he loved being "Buffalo Bill" and talking to people. No one was a stranger very long. He had the gift to gab to anyone and put a smile on everyone's face.
He loved the great outdoors, deer hunting in Montana and Ohio, fishing, motorcycle rides, and classic cars. He was secretary/treasurer for Black Swamp Muzzleloaders club for 15 years. He even got a horse, "Molly," to enjoy rides with his granddaughter, Courtney, and then donated her to Marmon Valley Farms for trail rides.
Larry was a member of Arlington Bible Fellowship Church, where he served as an usher and trustee. He had a love of Christ, his wife of 52 years, his church family, and all his family and friends.
Larry will be greatly missed by all his beloved family and great friends. Thank you to Bridge Hospice for all the care they provided while he was at home. Thanks to all the visitors he so appreciated spending time with.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Bible Fellowship Church in Arlington.
Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, July 11, 2025, at Bible Fellowship Church, Arlington, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Pastor Jerry Kellogg will officiate with burial to follow in Arlington Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bible Fellowship Church Missionary Fund, Lifewise, or Marmon Valley Farms.

Peg and family, I am so sorry for the passing of Larry. He was a wonderful man and will never be forgotten. I have fond memories of him with the three wheelers and swimming with your family. I was in Texas with family during the funeral and visitation, want to give you a big hug. Prayers for peace and comfort for your family.
