Kenneth V. "Vinnie" Garrison

Kenneth "Vinnie" Garrison, 52, of Findlay, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025. He was born in Fresno, California, April 19, 1973, to Leroy "Skip" and Sharon (Dunkin) Hickle III. Vinnie married Jennifer "Jen" Abell, November 26, 2006, and she survives along with his mother, Sharon Hickle; son, Blake Abell, both of Findlay; daughters, Emma Garrison of Findlay and Marissa Garrison of Mt. Cory. He is also survived by brothers, Adam (Chris) Boone of Bluffton and David Hickle of Oklahoma; sister, Teri Moore of Rawson; mother and father-in-law, Deb (Greg) Cooper of Mt. Cory; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy "Skip" Hickle III and his grandfather, Kenneth Dunkin.

Vinnie was the co-owner of Flag City Auto Wash. He always saw the potential in people, often offering them a job at the car wash to help them out. Vinnie was a man of few words and loved to express himself through music. His family was very important to him, and he would always put them first in his life. He also loved his dogs and was known as a movie nerd, constantly watching movies whenever possible.

A funeral service to celebrate Vinnie's life will begin at 3 p.m., Monday, November 10, 2025 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, where family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service. Private family burial will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Vinnie to the family c/o Coldren-Crates Funeral Home.
