Joshua Garlock Obituary
Joshua M. "Josh" Garlock, 32, formerly of Findlay, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023.
Josh was born in Findlay to Michael and Angela (DeFrench) Garlock.
Josh is survived by his parents, Michael (Sally Stram) Garlock and Angela (Will) Wagner, both of Findlay; siblings, Jacob (Krista) Garlock, Kaitlyn Berry (Joseph Avila) Andrew (Brittany) Wagner, and Erik and William "Chase" Wagner; nieces and nephews, Emma, Sawyer, Declan, and Emmy; grandparents, Carolyn Garlock, Frank DeFrench, and Janice Wagner; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rose DeFrench and Mark Garlock; and uncle, Todd Garlock.
Josh was a graduate of Arlington High School and served his country in U.S. Marine Corp. Josh enjoyed going to the cabin and deer hunting and was a talented carpenter and mechanic. Josh had a big and gentle heart. He had a great sense of humor and could bring out the best in anyone and would also help anyone in a time of need.
A private service will take place in Josh's honor.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Hanneman Funeral Home, 201 Osborn Ave., Findlay, Ohio, 45840.
Addiction is a terrible thing, so in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Josh's honor to ADAMHS Board, 438 Carnahan Ave., Findlay, Ohio, 45840.

I am so sorry for your loss. There are simply no words. Josh was always a kind soul to others and always kind and respectful to me. He truly had an infectious smile. Please know he was loved by many - including his high school principal.
