Continually in conversations, we remember Joan, retell favorite stories and reflect on the positive impact she made in each of us. In the silence that often follows, we know we are called to continue as she taught us: to nourish and care for friends and strangers alike.

Someone who made you feel loved and welcome the first time you met. A true Angel will be missed.

With memories in abundance that continue to comfort, Joan remains as a voice encouraging reflections of shared decades-old conversations and of passing comments on a recent sunny day. Ah, the beauty of a good friend who now walks unaided in concert with Christ is a gift to be treasured. Thanks be to God for Joan.
