I have been neighbors with Jay and Connie for the past 2 years. He was so kind to me, always letting me know they were there if I needed anything. I hope he knows how much that meant to me. I will definitely miss seeing him out mowing the lawn and trimming his shrubs. My heart goes out to his wonderful wife, his children and family as they mourn their loss.
