Janet Zorn Obituary
Janet L. Zorn, 88, of Findlay and formerly of Arlington, died at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
She was born Aug. 24, 1935, in Lima, to Carl O. and Dallas M.(Smithson) Thompson. Janet married Ralph L. Zorn on Dec. 21, 1957, and he died Dec. 13, 2010.
Janet is survived by two children, Robert E. Zorn of Mississippi and Linda L. (Scott) Estep of Findlay; three grandchildren, Joshua Estep, Samantha (Jon) Hanna, and Ashton (Luke) Rife; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Carol Rogers of Lake Havasu, Arizona.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Pat Hatem.
Janet was a member of Good Hope Lutheran Church of Arlington. She retired from Marathon Oil Co. as a secretary.
A celebration of life will be at a later date with the Rev. Steve Ramsey officiating. Burial will be at Arlington Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to Hancock County Heart Association.
Beach Funeral Home, Carey, is in charge of arrangements.

So sorry to hear of Janet's passing. I have many happy childhood memories of my cousins Carol and Janet taking me to the Ohio Theater on Saturdays to watch cartoons.
They taught me to spell Pennsylvania when we crossed the tracks.
