James Trapp Obituary
James C. Trapp, 83, of Findlay, passed away Monday, March 18, 2024, at The Heritage, Findlay.
He was born Nov. 24, 1940, in Akron, the son of Edwin and Liz Trapp.
James' survivors include his daughter, Betsy Trapp of Findlay; sister, Julie Tasker of Michigan; and two nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
James was a retired credit manager at Hercules Tire and Rubber Company in Findlay. He enjoyed playing golf and was an active member of Eagles Lodge.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be directed to charity of the donor's choice.

Jim was first my boss at General Tire and Rubber Co. in Michigan. He quickly became my friend and we spent a number of hours together as compatriots. He took a young, eager, veteran in hand and helped me to become a Credit Manager. As we went our separate ways, every so often he would come to mind and within 2 days, he'd call me, or e-mail me just so we could catch up. Again he came to mind a few weeks ago, and I didn't pay attention until this morning. I am greatly saddened to learn of the loss of one of my best friends. Eternal Rest grant unto him oh Lord. May his soul and all the souls of the Faithful Departed Rest in Peace. Amen. Goodbye Jim-Bob.

My twin brother was one of the dearest brothers anyone could have. I will miss his sense oh humor and chatting with him from Grand Rapids. He was just a good person. A definite hole in my heart.
