James Stahl Obituary

James Bradley Stahl

James Bradley Stahl, 64, passed away peacefully near his home in Dundee, Florida, early Saturday morning, May 3, 2025. Born January 5, 1961, in Bluffton, James was the son of Joan (Wells) Warren and James Edward Stahl. He attended Findlay City Schools for his early education and graduated from Van Buren High School in 1979.

A talented carpenter, entrepreneur, and dedicated employee, James worked in the can manufacturing industry for 43 years. He was passionate about life-he loved to travel, spend time with friends, and especially cherished moments with his children and grandchildren. James lived life to the fullest, always sharing his sense of humor, warm smile, and love for iced tea, cool cars, and his Harley-Davidson. He dreamed of one day taking all his children and grandchildren camping in the Grand Canyon.

In 1981, James married Judy (Curth) Stahl, with whom he shared 18 years of marriage and three beloved daughters, Brittany (Stahl) Domzal and husband Joe; Brooke (Stahl) McLaughlin and husband Mike; and Elizabeth (Stahl) Hunt and husband Marvin. Later in life, James married Christina (Nascimento) Stahl. Together, they had a son, James "Jimbo" Stahl.

James is preceded in death by his mother, Joan Warren; and his brother, Dan Stahl.

He is survived by his father, James Edward Stahl of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his brothers, Tom Stahl, Bernie Stahl, and Mike Stahl (Terri); and his sisters, Sherri Anast (Bob) and Renee Firestone (Marvin). He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Cahalan, Olyvia Hunt, Aubrey Domzal, Bradley Domzal, Tycen Hunt, Ely Hunt, and Cataleya Stahl. James was also considered a brother to the six Curth children, who embraced him as family.

Celebration of Life will be from 12-5 p.m. Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Riverside City Park, Shelter No. 22., Findlay. Friends and family are invited to bring a story, a photo, and their memories to share in honoring James's life.
