Jacob Zuercher Obituary
Jacob D. Zuercher, 26, of rural Rawson, passed away peacefully at 8:12 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, 2024, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 2, 1997, in Bluffton.
Jacob is survived by his father, Rick Zuercher (wife, Toni) of Mt. Cory; mother, Christine Reichley (husband, Gary) of Rawson; maternal grandparents, Jerry and Judy Salisbury and Jean Reichley, all of Rawson; paternal grandparents, Ken and (Nelda, deceased) Zuercher of Mt. Cory; stepbrother, Justin (Tiffany) Reichley of Bluffton, Jennifer Reichley of Rawson; stepbrother, Ethan Houck of Pandora; stepsisters, Danielle Courtney of Findlay and Alexandrea (Matt) Kindle of Ada; and two really close friends he was blessed to have, Hunter Garmatter and Allen Kelbley. Jacob had a deep love for his nieces and nephews.
He was a 2016 graduate of Cory-Rawson High School. He enjoyed gardening, farming, flying his drone, and was a weather and history buff.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 2024, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. Jacob's funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024, at the funeral home. Pastor Kimberly Reese will officiate and interment will follow at Clymer Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to either Parent Projects Muscular Dystrophy, 1012 - 14th Street N.W. Suite 500, Washington, D.C., 20005, or Bridge Hospice.

He was our neighbor and we went to play video games in his garage with him. We would play games like farming sim, Car sims and use his video game credits to make funny cars! Rick also would give us tons of snacks like chicken fries, Gatorade, chips, and meat and cheese.
