Heather N. Weemes

Heather Nicole Weemes, 38, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday evening, January 21, 2026.

She was born October 9, 1987, in Findlay, the daughter of Shawn (Wink) Wulff and Kevin Wulff. Growing up in Deshler, Heather was a member of New Beginnings United Methodist Church and a 2006 graduate of Patrick Henry High School. She continued her education and was an honors graduate in social work. She received a bachelor's degree from University of Findlay and a master's degree from University of Toledo.

She was currently employed at River East Dental in Toledo, where she was the office manager. In her spare time and quiet nights, Heather enjoyed reading almost anything.

Above all else, Heather felt her greatest gift was being a mother. Nothing was better for her than knowing she raised her girls and put their well-being before her own.

Heather is survived by her three daughters, Chloe, Norah and Harlow; her mother, Shawn Wulff; father, Kevin Wulff; brother, Matthew Urban; and nephew, Landon. In addition to her immediate family, Heather felt a strong love for her special aunt and uncle, Nedra and Dave Bartley; her childhood and lifelong friend, Abbie (Woods) Andosca; her dear friends, Heidi Sanchez and Dawn Perales; the extended Yockey families and her canine companion, Joey.

A memorial gathering to celebrate Heather will be from 2-8 p.m. Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Feehan-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler.

The family suggests memorials to Lucas County Canine Care and Control or the family.
