Gregory Lynn "Greg" Warren

Gregory Lynn "Greg" Warren, 76, of Findlay, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at Mercy Health - St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo.

He was born Jan. 1, 1948, in Bluffton, to William and Helen (Baker) Warren. He married the love of his life, Carol (Farmer), on April 17, 1971, and she survives.

Greg is also survived by his children, Bryan (Lori) Warren, Ken (Corrina) Warren, Nathan (Erin) Warren, and Katelin (Michael) Lasater; grandchildren, Samantha Warren, Joshua Warren, Andrew Warren, Henry Lasater, Graham Lasater, Emma Lasater, Benjamin Lasater, Dominic Mendez, and Juliana Rousseau; great-grandson, Ryan Stull; brother, Steve (Mary Ann) Warren; and brother-in-law, Bill Wiles.

He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Ella Warren; and sister, Lois Wiles.

Greg was a farmer that loved to garden and tend to his many chickens. He worked as a finish carpenter, retiring from McComb Lumber. In retirement, he delivered flowers for Petals at Great Scot. He had an incredible work ethic and just couldn't sit still. He enjoyed camping with his wife and family at Harrison Lake State Park in Fayette. He was also incredibly generous with his time and skills and would help anyone, regardless of his own health concerns. Greg was a long-time member of Trinity Baptist Church, Findlay, where he worked in the sound booth, sang in the choir, mowed the lawn, and built the coffee station.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2024, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, 205 W. Sandusky Street, Findlay, Ohio, 45840, and 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2024, until the time of Greg's funeral at 11 a.m. at Trinity Baptist Church, 7839 CR 236, Findlay, Ohio, 45840, with Pastor Ben Jennings officiating. Burial will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens.
