Preceding him in death were his father and a daughter, Abie Loughman.

Bill graduated from Penn State University in 1985 and was a Nittany Lion and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was a role model. When his sons were younger, Bill was very active in Boy Scouts. He taught several merit badge classes and was instrumental in helping all three of his sons earn the rank of Eagle Scout. So sorry to hear about Bills passing. What a kind, friendly man I remember him since early days when he delivered Coke cola to UF then when we all volunteered with Gliding stars. Prayers to Lisa & the boys

Bill was a kind and loving family man. I witnessed this first hand as our boys grew up together, school, baseball and Cub scouts. Rest assured, my son will be there to greet him. God speed Bill.
