Eileen Railing

Eileen Railing, 100, a life-long Findlay resident, died at 6:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 5, 2022, at the Heritage. She was born Dec. 9, 1921, to the late William F. and Kathleen M. (Appenzellar) O'Neall. She married Edward D. Railing in 1942 and he preceded her in death Jan. 14, 2018.

Eileen retired as a manager of Top Value Store and previously she was the office manager at JC Penney. She was also an operator, supervisor, and instructor at Ohio Bell.

Eileen has three children, William "Randy" Phyllis, Kathleen "Becky", and Susan "Sue". She has three granddaughters, Heather (George), Stephanie (Frank), and Kristen (Cody). She also has four great-grandsons, Bentley, Carson, Rylan, and Frankie.

Becky wants to express her gratitude to Dr. David Ware and staff for their care and concern over the years. Becky would like to thank all the loving, caring, and thoughtful nurses, caretakers, and staff at the Heritage and also Bridge Hospice for their care in mother's final days.

All services will be private. Memorials may be given to Hancock County Humane Society or Bridge Hospice. Online condolences may be expressed at www.coldrencrates.com. COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, is assisting family with arrangements.
