Duang Saengmanee Obituary
Duang Saengmanee, 60, of Findlay, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2023, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
Duang was born July 19, 1963, in Sainyabuli, Laos, to Lue and Tieng Phachan, who preceded her in death. She married Souk Saengmanee in 1976 and he survives in Findlay.
Duang is also survived by her sons, Van Saengmanee, Songkam Saengmanee, and Aaron (Stephany) Saengmanee; three grandchildren, Oaklynn Grace, Silas Kam, and Weston Sage; and three sisters, Pha Keosouda, Phong Sakda, and Thongchan Phanthavong.
Duang was a loving and kind-hearted woman who brought warmth and joy to the lives of those around her.
Duang was a woman of many talents and passions. She possessed an incredible skill for crochet and sewing, creating beautiful and intricate pieces that carried a piece of her heart and artistry. Her green thumb was renowned, with a love for gardening that allowed her to cultivate stunning and vibrant landscapes that mirrored her own infectious happiness.
One of the most admirable qualities about Duang was her unwavering devotion to her family. She was a devoted mother to her sons, Aaron, Songkam, and Van, and her grandchildren, Oaklynn Grace, Silias Kam, and Weston Sage, who meant the world to her. Duang's nurturing and caring nature were apparent in everything she did, as she always went above and beyond to ensure the happiness and well-being of her loved ones. Her thoughtfulness and generosity touched the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Duang will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved and cherished her. Her legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness will continue to inspire and guide us, reminding us to hold onto the precious moments we shared with her.
Duang's celebration of life service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023, at Hanneman Funeral Home, 201 Osborn Ave., Findlay, Ohio, 45840. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay.
